Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip inside to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
